The Sportsman Gun Centre is the sole distributor of Smith & Wesson products for the UK. Landing at the SGC in July 2018, it was viewed by many as a step forward for the UK gun industry. This move by SGC and S&W should bring the Smith & Wesson product availability back into the UK.
Smith & Wesson is one of the oldest and most recognised names in the shooting industry and have excelled at firearm production since 1852. They are known worldwide for their pistols and the company took the decision in 2006 to move into the rifle market with the M&P 15. This popular sporting rifle with a tactical design evolved into a .22LR. The rifle was aptly named the M&P 15-22 This rifle became an exciting prospect for target shooters looking for the AR platform in an affordable .22LR package.
SGC will be located on Stand E15 at the British Shooting Show 2019.
